HOW DOCUMENT CODES WORK

Every purchase carries a document code
It is printed on your invoice and on your warranty certificate, for example EPT-A-2026.09. That code names the exact set of documents your unit was sold under.

Your documents never change under you
When we improve a document, we publish a new code. Yours stays the same, and the set behind it stays available here for as long as your warranty runs.

Read them before installation
The installation requirements and the core-return guide are part of the warranty. A step skipped at installation is the most common reason a claim is declined.
